The Compostelle’s philosophy is closely linked to the collaboration of the Chef and the Maître Sommelier since more than 20 years – both in the kitchen and in life. A very personal approach that gives to the restaurant its character. Gastronomy here is reflected through friendliness and sharing. Simplicity goes along with the finesse and the technicality of the Chef, Laurent. The food and wine pairings are created by the rigorous and daring Cécile, the venue’s Maître sommelier.

The menus change every week according to the seasonal products, deliveries and the Chef’s imagination.
